Excursion to Disneyland (Orlando)!!
A magical day at Disney World Orlando – A freshman on an adventure journey ..
Spontaneous decisions are often the best – this proved my unexpected visit with three other teammates inWalt Disney World Resort in Orlando. As a freshman student, I certainly would have something different in mind, but when the opportunity arose to dive into the world of Disney magic for a day, I could not resist.
Pandora – Avatar: Flight of Passage
The day began early, for I knew thatAvatar: Flight of Passageone of the most popular attractions in the Animal Kingdom. When they enterPandora – The World of Avatari was speechless. The floating mountains, the shining greenery and the alien flora made me believe that I had really landed on an alien planet.
After a longer wait (which was absolutely worth it!), I finally sat on my banshee and flew through the breathtaking world of Pandora. The wind on my face, the smell of the forest and the incredible mobility of the “animal” under me made this experience incredibly realistic. It wasn’t just a ride – it was an adventure for all the senses.
High altitude on Expedition Everest
After this breathtaking experience I switched to the Asian area ofAnimal KingdomTo experience one of the park’s most legendary roller coasters:Expedition Everest – Legend of the Forbidden Mountain.
Even the sight of the huge snow backdrop made my heart beat faster.
The train began its journey leisurely, but when the track ended abruptly and we rested backwards through the darkness, the adrenaline kick began. The sudden encounter with the legendary Yeti was the crowning moment of shock. An incredibly exciting and perfectly staged experience!
