What a start! Our first season game against Monroe University was a real fight. At temperatures above 37° (😵 - a lot to drink!) and at the best noon time I was allowed to lead the guys as captain over the full 90 minutes – and in the end we went through with 3:2.
Earlier, Pablo ran out a few mega parades 💪 before Ryo brought us forward with the 1:0. Then it was wild: Monroe turned the game and we lay 1:2 back 🤦 ♂️. But we didn't give up. In the second half-time, Henry did the 2:2 and we made further pressure.
Shortly before the end, Tarik, who shot the ball in after a long shot – 3:2, victory! 💪 Exactly the start we wanted as a team.👍
